Q: Are your products all authentic?

A: All products H1 Sportswear offer are 100% authentic, we source many of our products in bulk which gives us huge discount to offer a better price to customers. You will NEVER pay RRP! We allow collection/pick up on orders if you wish to confirm authenticity in person. 

Q: Where is H1 Sportswear based?

A: Here at H1 Sportswear we currently processes all business online. We are currently based in the southwest, UK. 

Q: How long is order processing & dispatch?

A: Orders are usually processed & dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. If you selected express shipping, your order will be with you within 24/48 hours from dispatch day . If you selected Standard Delivery your order will be with you in  3-5 days from dispatch. 

 

Q: Does H1 Sportswear offer collection?

A: H1 Sportswear does offer collection in person, we allow cash on collection, if you wish to buy and collect at a later date, you'll need to purchase first as reserving items is not possible.
